Slum village performs at Scala in London on June 1st, 2000. It was the 4th Birthday of ‘Scratch’, which had become quite the Thursday night event. Jay Dee wasn’t there that night, but it was really cool, and really loud. ‘Raise it up’ had just come out and these dudes really killed it.

The Roots are back in London playing at the HMV Apollo on the Friday 19th August. No doubt Questlove will be spinning at the Jazz Café afterwards.

Q-Tip at the HMV Forum

After a sell-out show at the Roundhouse last year, Q-Tip is back to play the HMV Forum on the 25th August. Being that my that there is still a fallout over the ATCQ Movie, this show will be the next best thing.
